FISH! Creating a Culture of Excitement and Success!

FISH! is based off of the 4 philosophies of the Pike Place Fish Company; Yes, the one in Seattle . The Pike Place Fish Company vowed to be world famous and has started realizing their dream by sharing their four philosophies: Play, Make Their Day, Be There, and Choose Your Attitude. This session teaches people how to be self-motivated and how to be a leader within their own organization even if they don’t have a management title. Participants learn how to bring fun back into the workplace (the HR friendly kind) and how to become accountable for how their time is spent at work.

Each workshop is customized to your organization’s needs. Insightful Endeavors will provide a brief questionnaire used to gather information on the group to ensure the perfect match of facilitator, examples and exercises for your organization.
